📋 Booking & Payment
Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email with your preferred dates and tour. We'll confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation within 24 hours.
We require a deposit of 20–30% to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or before the tour starts. We accept PayPal, bank transfer, and cash (USD, EUR, MAD).
Absolutely — all our tours are 100% private and tailor-made. Tell us your interests, travel pace, dietary needs, and budget, and we'll design the perfect itinerary for you.
No minimum group size. We welcome solo travelers, couples, families, and large groups. Pricing is per group, not per person, so smaller groups often get great value.
❌ Cancellation & Changes
Cancellations made 7+ days before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations 3–6 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. See our full Booking Policy for details.
Yes, date changes are accepted free of charge if requested 5+ days before the tour, subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Please notify us immediately. We will do our best to reschedule or adjust the tour. Flight delays due to circumstances beyond your control are treated with flexibility on our end.

Yes. All our guides are certified, English-speaking local experts. We also offer guides in French, Spanish, Italian, and Arabic upon request.
We use comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicles — from sedans for couples to minivans for larger groups. All vehicles are modern, clean, and driven by professional drivers.

Morocco is generally a very safe country for tourists. We take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and comfort throughout the tour. Our guides are local and know every area well.

Morocco is a Muslim country, so modest dress is respectful, especially in medinas and religious sites. Comfortable walking shoes are a must. For desert tours, bring layers — nights can be cold year-round.
US, UK, EU, and Canadian citizens do not need a visa for stays up to 90 days. Please check current entry requirements for your nationality before traveling.
The Moroccan Dirham (MAD) is the local currency. USD and EUR are widely accepted in tourist areas. ATMs are widely available in cities. We accept payment in USD, EUR, and MAD.
March–May and September–November offer the most pleasant weather. Sahara desert tours are best in spring and autumn. We run tours year-round and can advise on the best time for your interests.
